We had a great Christmas, Shaylee was so fun this year! Since she is such a little busy body, Santa brought her a play kitchen ~ it has definitely already paid for itself! She will go "cook" in her room for an hour at a time. We did the usual Christmas routine again this year; Christmas Eve dinner at my parents house and Christmas day we go back down to my Mom and Dad's for breakfast and presents and then rush to the Ryan's parents house for presents and Dinner. It is always a crazy day, but so fun.

Santa Claus 2008
We ventured out to get Shaylee's yearly "Santa" photo with a large group this year~ The Long's from Canada are visiting for Christmas and New Years so... Ken, Annette, Vicki, Jason, my mom and Dad, Ryan, Shaylee and I headed to the Mall to see, "Ho Ho". We were worried Shaylee would cry but she was only worried about posing for the Camera, "Cheeeeeeese!" The most important thing to note from the trip is that Santa needs Teeth Whitening for Christmas!

A Really Great Gift
As many of you know, we lost a very important family member this year... Kincade the mixed mutt. We have had a really hard time, we love love love our dogs. So, for Christmas, Jerry (who I work with) drew the below portrait of Kincade for us. It really is the best gift we have ever recieved and it means so much that we can still have part of him with us...
Shaylee's First Snow Experience
It snowed a lot on Sunday, so we thought it would be a great day to introduce Shaylee to "ssssNOO" as she calls it. We took her up and down the snow packed streets on a sled ~ she loved it and looked so cute in all her gear. Ryan even brought out the 4-Wheeler so that she could experience her very first "doughnut". Notice her sock gloves, maybe Santa will bring her a pair!
