We had a blast at the annual NAHA awards in Las Vegas. Jason did AWESOME this year, we are so proud of him. Wish I would have got more photos of the awards... It is crazy how much you can fit into two days down there! We went shopping, to the awards, go-carting, to endurocross, gambling, more shopping and of course some dancing. Only problem was Ryan getting "his groove on" dancing and "butt calling" my grandma a 3:30 AM...sorry Grandma!

Thankful is a State of Mind
It is very important to remember what is important to you, and what you are thankful for on Thanksgiving, that's what its all about, right?! Here are ten things I am thankful for in my life.
1. A husband that genuinely loves me for me, who would work eight jobs if he had to. I love my Norman.
2. A happy, heathly cute little bug that gets just as excited to see me as she would a gift. I have more love for her than I knew possible. She is so funny with all of her sayings right now, she makes me laugh everyday. priceless.
3. The ability to be HAPPY.
4. A mom that is my best friend, who is a good example, and would do anything for anyone.
5. A tight bond with my brother who is very happy right now, getting in his first house and being rider of the year. I am grateful for Jason, and I am thankful he is happy.
6. The usual things to be thankful for; food, jobs, and a roof over our head. :)
7. Family (all in good heath) and Friends, we are surrounded by people we love.
8. Humor. I can usually find the positive side in things, and can usually find humor in the things I can't. I hope I can hold on to this throughout my life.
9. A love for learning and taking on new things.
10. My life. My unorganized, fly by the seat of my pants life. The good, the bad, the ugly. Everything. I am blessed to know that the "grass is not always greener on the other side." I am not always searching for more and more, I know that I have enough, I am most thankful for this.

Halloween 2009
"TickorrrTeet!" Shaylee was so much FUN this year! She totally got the whole Halloween thing, and was loving going door-to-door, she would even give a polite "DANKyou" to all the neighbors giving her candy. She made the best little butterfly!

Pumpkin Carving
Whats Halloween without a little pumpkin carving, even better? A pumpkin carving contest. Shaylee carved two pumpkins with "Bompa", helping with her "ewwww's!" and "Grooooss...Blahhh!" so cute. My mom, or "Gamah" did her usual job of gathering pumpkin seeds, good thing too! It was fun to finally have some room to do something like this! I think everyone can guess who's pumpkin is who's...

Moving On...
After a lot of thought, and throwing our house on KSL "just to see..." we are moving. We are not going far, just wanted a house with a better layout. This is a bitter sweet step for us, we are excited to move on but hate to leave our first home with all of our happy memories. We brought our new born baby home to this house, have great neighbors, have had three different pets, cars and jobs, completed A LOT of renovation work, gone through the ups and downs of our first six years of marriage, and have made it OUR very happy comfy first home. We will truly miss this house, it really is bitter sweet. We have to be out on September 30th, and can't get into our new home until October 5th, so we will be living in the travel trailer for about five days, sweet...not! Hey, no "van down by the river" jokes! Tonight our neighborhood had a "farewell" party for us, I really hope we get great neighbors again, and keep in touch with the great ones we have had.

Lyman Lake 2009
One of our favorite trips of the year! Every August we head up to Lyman Lake with all of Ryan's family for a whole week. We always have a blast 4-wheeling, cooking, lounging, kayaking, fishing etc. Shaylee and I even caught our first fish this year! Sorry about the picture overload, this is actually a very small sample considering I took over 100!
